Word for the Lazy

october-blog-Word for the Lazy

  • Lazy people can learn by watching an anthill:

Ants don’t have leaders, but they store up food during harvest season.

  • How long will you lie there doing nothing at all?  When are you going to get up and stop sleeping?
Sleep a little. Doze a little.  Fold your hands and twiddle your thumbs.
Suddenly, everything is gone, as though it had been taken by an armed robber.

Ants have always been the perfect example for us on how to prepare for times of calamities and the unexpected things in life. This works not only for physical food or money.

This works not only for physical food or money. Whenever we store up encouraging, inspirational words, God’s word, in this case, we become ready for the tough times in life. We break down especially when we have not stored up the necessary words that could help us be strengthened in times of difficulties. Those reminders that “God is in control”, “God is our strength” “God is our provider”, etc. that could remind us of who God is in our lives. =)
