Noodles have become a comfort food for many busy people. Consumers take a pack of it after a long busy day or just really eat it to have a quick fix during rainy days or sometimes, even ordinary days.
Happily, noodles can be upgraded to look like Japanese ramen or Singaporean soup by just adding extra (mostly healthy) ingredients. 🙂
In the example above, the following ingredients were added:
Sea weed snack
My own chicken broth (I removed the packet of seasoning inside the noodle pack .)
Other ingredients that can be added are:
Fried and cherished liver
Fried bacon bits
Malunggay (especially for breastfeeding moms)
The broth matters a lot. Once you have a tasty broth, the rest serves as additional flavorings to complet the noodle experience.
