Of Cheers and Tears

There are times when you still want to do some of the greater tasks, some of the important ones, but not this time. This time, you have to let the ones being mentored take the limelight. You allow them to shine, and you become part of the cheering squad behind. You also become the shoulder to cry on when they fail or when they are struggling. Oh, this stage. It’s a bitter-sweet stage. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜­πŸ˜­πŸ˜‚

Motherhood

Pretty much the same as God’s design for parent-child relationship. We teach our kids the way that they should go and then one day we just have to let them do it. We let them wash the dishes, iron the clothes, vacuum the floor, and more. It’s not perfect the first time, but I’m pretty sure they’ll make progress after doing those tasks 20 times. πŸ˜‚
