Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird, that cannot fly. –
My friend talked about dreaming today. Not the dream you have when you sleep. No, the other one. The one that drives you to wake up each morning, smiling, because you know you can be one step closer to that vision you have for your company, group, family, or any organization you have.
When you have a dream for your group, or in company setting, your people, you start becoming more productive. You become more focused and more goal-oriented. You don’t easily give up because you are motivated to work. You continue to hope for improvement. You become strong, not only for you, but for the other people who believe in your dream.
Begin to dream. When you dream, make it big(or bigger). Start dreaming for your kids, for your family, for your group, for your nation, for the world.
Successful people didn’t stop at every heartache and failure that came crashing and pulling them further away from their dreams. They used those troubles as their stepping-stones so they can reach their big dreams.
It’s time to wake up. Step up, and walk towards the fulfillment of your dreams. 🙂
“But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.” 2 Chronicles 15:7
There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
“Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.” Romans 5:3-5
