Baymax Polymer Clay

Baymax Polymer Clay

Made this Baymax polymer clay with my kids last night. =)  It was fun because they are now old enough to handle clay. With old enough,  I mean,  not to put clay inside their mouths or ears. =) (4 yrs. old and the other one is almost 3 yrs of age).

Hello, I’m Baymax.

I’m honestly just trying to post via WordPress app for Android to see how it will look like when published after the updates. (Some of the codes are appearing in the preview, but not in the actual post. Not bad)

  1. I have a 6-year old son that wants to help me make jewelry and that also wants to make jewelry pieces for me because I love jewelry (that’s his explanation). And I have at home Fimo soft and I let him play with polymer clay and I have some little pendants and some earrings that he made for me and that I adore! So I think that it is a very good idea to let children play with polymer clay and then you bake the pieces and you can keep them longer than what they make with Playdough. It’s a nice idea to make a family moment like that!

    1. Yes, I like polymer better than playdough. =) It is a really nice time to bond with the family and it can be a way to teach new vocabulary words to kids as they make some items out of the clay. =)

  2. Heeey!!! I’ve long been curious how one can create polymer clay artwork, but I didn’t know anybody who does…until you! Spill: where do you get the polymer clay? How do you it? Cute!!!

    1. You can search for polymer clay in online craft stores in Philippines. I’m not sure if National Bookstore sells them, if they do, the brand they might be selling is Sculpey or Fimo. 🙂
You don’t need to buy much if you’re making tiny things. 🙂
I honestly just watch Youtube tutorials.:) search for easy polymer clay charms. 🙂
