IT Systems Technician

Position Description:
We are seeking an IT Systems Technician to join our HR Planning & Performance Management Division (HRP&PMD).

The HR Planning and Performance Management Division (HRP&PMD) conducts all administrative, budgeting, and cost control functions for the Admin Area and ensure timely submissions of all above reports.

Your primary role is to administer hardware replacement and upgrade programs for all workstations, fax machines, servers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, and any other digital equipment as applicable.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will have a higher level of education diploma in mathematics, business administration, or physical sciences. A bachelor’s degree would be preferred.

You will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in assisting in computer programs, preparation, and system documents.

You must be able to demonstrate an ability to support computer assignments such as networking support.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Physical Education Teacher

Financial Analyst

Position Description:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Medical JV Coordination Department (MJVCD) in Saudi Aramco Operations & Business Services.

The MJVCD is responsible to oversee that all major objectives are met including the implementation of and compliance with all the contractual terms stipulated in Healthcare Vendor Agreements. MJVCD represents a governance structure that serves the interests of Saudi Aramco as a shareholder and a payer. Responsibilities are compliance and risk management (financial and clinical) with all Healthcare Service providers including the Saudi Aramco/Johns Hopkins Medicine Joint Venture, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare Company.

The Financial Analyst primary role is to have familiarity with Saudi Aramco Planning & Performance systems and processes such as eSight, performance indices, and procurement of contracts and to ensure payments for Healthcare vendors are calculated in accordance with the Service Agreement payment mechanism, linked to the performances of Quality KPIs and Partner Contribution Agreement KPIs, as well as scope of work and expansion of operations.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.

You will have 10 years of broad experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in an accounting analyst field. Experience as an actuary is advantageous. Completion of an applicable professional credential such as USA certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Saudi Organization of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) preferred.

Arabic & English Technical Writer

Position Description:
We are seeking a Technical Writer/Editor with strong Arabic and English language skills, to join the Loss Prevention Department (LPD) at Saudi Aramco, based in our main headquarters in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Aramco is a fully integrated global petroleum enterprise and a world leader in exploration and production, refining, distribution, and petrochemicals. LPD provides safety services to customers and stakeholders, including corporate and executive management; Saudi Aramco operating, support, and project organizations; employees; the Saudi Arabian government; contractors; and members of the public. LPD has nine divisions – seven field divisions and two centralized technical support divisions.

The Technical Writer/Editor will be responsible for producing all types of articles for the assigned publications and for Loss Prevention booklets, brochures, and other special projects. This will involve writing and editing — in both English and Arabic — feature articles on operational safety, community projects, employee programs, and special interest items; editorial oversight of production; and ensuring the production and distribution of LPD periodicals and publications to meet LPD and Saudi Aramco standards. Arabic editing of work sent by other departments for technical review is also required.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism or English from an accredited degree program.

You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an editor or writer with an institutional or commercial newspaper, magazine, publishing house or firm, corporate advertising agency, or similar. Alternatively, you must have completed an internship with a bilingual (English/Arabic) institution or commercial newspaper, magazine, publishing house or firm, corporate advertising agency, or similar.

Content Marketing Designer

Position Description:

International Media Relations Representative

Position Description:
Working in our busy press office team, you will be responsible for supporting the Company’s international media relations activities: handling media enquiries, developing compelling story content, pitching news stories to global media, and managing media engagements including media visits and leadership team interviews. The candidate will have deep-domain knowledge and expertise in global media relations, will be calm in media handling, including in crisis situations, and will have the strong sense of news required to protect and build the Company’s reputation.

Dean of the Finance, Strategy & Development Business Academy

Position Description:
We are seeking a Dean to join and lead the Finance, Strategy and Development Business Academy.
The Finance, Strategy and Development Business Academy is one of the organizations reporting to the Finance, Strategy and Development Human Resources Development Center. The Business Academy will become the Business Acumen provider for the company. In addition, the Business Academy focuses on developing employees in a targeted and cost-effective manner, facilitating and supporting Financial-Professional Certifications, addressing gaps in the development of C-Suite positions, and sharing critical knowledge.
The Dean will be responsible for establishing and leading all development programs within the Business Academy. Minimum Requirements:

Avionics Technician

Position Description:
Saudi Aramco, long known for its leadership in oil exploration, production, and refining, is seeking an experienced FAA Aviation Technician to join our Aviation Department. You will carry out all phases of maintenance on our fleet of A109E & AW139 helicopters.

Our helicopters are located at Ras Tanura and Tanajib in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Both bases have large air-conditioned hangars and currently have a large support staff.

The company owns and operates it is own fixed wing and helicopter fleets. Our aviation fleet is located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, with our headquarters in Dhahran.

Minimum Requirements:
As a successful candidate, you will hold an FAA A&P Mechanic Certificate.

You will have a minimum of 11 years of aviation experience, preferably as an Avionics Technician on helicopters, and be currently employed in this field.

Aviation Maintenance Engineer

Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Engineer to work with the Aviation Department in the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Unit. The company operates a large fleet of aircraft, and maintains airstrips and aviation facilities at a number of locations in Saudi Arabia, in support of company operations. The fleet includes five B737-700s, three Embraer 170s, two King Air 350s, seven AW109 EPs, and 14 AW139 helicopters.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing technical expertise for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications, and repair of all Saudi Aramco aircraft.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you hold a Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, and an A&P license is preferred.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the manufacturing, testing, maintenance, or modification of airframe, engines, avionics, airframe systems, or related aircraft components.

Current knowledge of applicable FAA regulations and the ability to organize, plan, schedule, and follow through on technical programs and projects.

Occupational Health Practitioner

Position Description:
We are seeking an Occupational Health Practitioner to join the Occupational Health Group of Environmental Protection Department.

The Workplace Environment Division is responsible for providing high quality support to Saudi Aramco facility management and employees in the prevention of workplace health hazards and assure that its operations do not create undue risks to Saudi Aramco employees.

The Occupational Health Practitioner role is to implement the Company Wide Occupational Health program to protect employees’ health from workplace health hazards, develop and revise occupational health policies and procedures, oversee and assess occupational medicine services provided to the Company, assess employees’ fitness for duty throughout their employment with the Company.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution/school in medical school with a valid license to practice medicine.

You must have at least three years of internship and residency from an approved Occupational Medicine program.

You must be certified by either the American Board of Preventive Medicine (Occupational Medicine)/ Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the UK/ The Royal College of Physicians of Canada).

You must be able to speak, write and present reports or articles in English using both scientifically correct terminology and terms acceptable at various intellectual levels.
